By accessing or using WeaveAgents ("Service") at weaveagents.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

WeaveAgents is a platform that allows users to build, configure, and run AI-powered automation workflows ("Agents") that connect to third-party services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
• Use the Service to build agents that violate the terms of service of connected third-party platforms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Credits included in your plan expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

6. Third-Party Services and AI Models

The Service integrates with third-party AI model providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) and external platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. WeaveAgents is not responsible for the actions, content, or availability of third-party services. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WeaveAgents and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the workflows and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant WeaveAgents a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEAVEAGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
